By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Family Stitch related to your family calendar, events, reminders, and account notifications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your family's activity and preferences. You may receive daily reminder messages, event updates, and responses to your text message queries.
Costs and Charges
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for sending and receiving text messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replyingSTOPto any message from Family Stitch. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You may opt back in by replyingSTARTor by signing up again through our website.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Family Groups and Sharing
When you create or join a family group:

- •Family administrators can add or remove members
- •Linked families can see events you choose to share with them
- •You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add members to your family group

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Family Stitch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Stitch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
